Per Hatlem

The five mentors for 2017-2018 are ready to be presented! Here is a short description of our last one.
Per Hatlem is educated from Sjøkrigsskolen as well as holding a degree within finance & economics, 1983.

Hatlem has worked worked within the oil & gas sector for the majority of his career. He has extensive experience as manager and CEO in local and international companies.

Extensive experience includes 14 years within the offshore industry from 1984, working ten years for Norske Shell and Statoil managing Industry development project and commercialization. He took the position as CEO of Comrod AS in 1994, and accepted the position as Group CEO in NAT ASA in 1997 and CEO in Good Food AS in 1999.

Hatlem has been employed by Hitec Vision for the last decade, where management by hire and management consultancy has been his main focus. One of his latest well known roles has been constituted managing director at Apply Sørco. It has been 10 years experience through buy and build process in HitecVision: Broad experience and insight in the business, manage companies, commercialization, sales, marketing and boards as chairman and member.

As of January 2017, Hatlem still works with change management and management by hire, today at his own company; PHM AS.

Moreover, Hatlem holds the position as board member with various organisations, such as Rosenkildehuset AS and GMC Maritime among others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What is Mentor?

Mentor is a management development program, organized by Nettverk Stavanger, where senior managers are volunteering as mentors for a whole year. Mentor is free of charge, and everyone under the age of 40 can apply. The program is carried out with specialist support from Bjornson Organizational psychologists. Read more here.
